Job Description
The Reservations Manager is responsible for processing and handling group rooming lists and reservations requests, as well as analyzing room inventory to optimize occupancy rates.
This role involves monitoring and analyzing rooms inventory to increase average rate, attending meetings to support business operations, calculating and preparing room pick-up reports, and running Group Pick Up meetings with the Conference Planning department.
The Reservations Manager will also handle all reservations aspects of a group, including monitoring room block, rooming lists, VIP and other accommodations, and client correspondence relating to reservations.
In addition, this role requires supporting revenue management strategies, managing all courtesy and social room blocks, completing group set up and all that entails, building groups in Passkey, and managing interface between Passkey and Opera on the group side.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to collaborate with Conference Planning and Sales regarding group contracts and resumes, and manage postal transient reservation requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all rooming lists with codes and billing information.
