We have over 60 locations where we distribute products, equipment, and chemicals. Our customers also benefit from value-added services like equipment repair, rental, and inside, outside, and counter sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with outside reps to make calls on key accounts
- Monitor inside reps' outgoing calls in terms of number and quality
- Set up training sessions with key manufacturers for all sales reps and counter sales staff
- Oversee systems training to ensure reps can access necessary information
- Become proficient in our Customer Relationship Management program and monitor each sales rep's customer list to aid in growing sales
- Inspect expense reimbursement forms for approval
- Create initiatives for each rep in their territory to drive sales growth
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience; prior industry experience in Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning Products is preferred
- Must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel within the territory
- Focused and organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and self-management skills
- Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Working knowledge of the Internet and MS Office tools
