Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Houston, TX. The Human Resources Generalist will play a critical role in managing and supporting HR functions, including policy development, employee benefits, recruiting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure that all employees have the necessary support to thrive within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring proper communication and enrollment processes.
- Handle recruiting efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and maintain benefits programs.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality in handling employee records and sensitive information.
- Maintain and utilize HRIS systems for efficient employee data management.
- Facilitate bilingual communication with employees, particularly Spanish-speaking staff, to ensure understanding of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and policy enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in recruiting and managing the employee lifecycle.

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
