Job Summary:
As a Bartender, your primary responsibilities will focus on crafting and serving a variety of exceptional cocktails and beverages that complement our menu. Additionally, you'll provide friendly and attentive service, engaging with guests to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience. In addition to bartending duties, you'll also assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhere to all relevant food safety and alcohol service regulations, and support inventory management efforts as needed.
As a Server, your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You'll greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and ensure prompt and efficient service throughout their meal. Collaborating closely with the kitchen and bar teams, you'll ensure that orders are executed with precision and that each dish and beverage meets our standards for quality and presentation. Additionally, you'll maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety protocols, and assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Job Duties and Requirements:

Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-service dining environment is preferred.
- Must have detailed and diverse beverage experience and knowledge.
- Must possess exemplary leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
- Must be able to influence others and build positive work environments and relationships through enthusiasm, sociability, supportiveness, insight, and cooperation.
- Must have the ability/availability to work a minimum of three shifts per work week.
- Must have the ability to multitask, work independently as well as in a team setting, and prioritize efficiently and effectively.
- Must have or be willing to obtain all required food handling and alcohol service certifications within the given timeframe as specified by state law and the employer.
