Head Racquets Professional
Arapahoe Tennis Club (ATC), located in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, is seeking a head racquets professional to lead and grow the Club’s tennis, paddle tennis and pickleball programs. Founded in 1964, ATC is a family club, with top quality facilities, and a congenial, informal environment for family activities. ATC features eight tennis courts and five paddle tennis courts, as well as a pool. The Club’s unique character is due in large part to the generosity of spirit and active volunteerism exemplified by its members.
The head racquets professional position at ATC is highly visible requiring strong leadership skills, a positive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively and professionally with both members and staff.
Position Overview
Develop and lead the Club’s racquets programs by passionately promoting the recreation, skill development, competitive and social elements of the games.
Passionate ambassador of ATC’s racquets programs for members, including
instruction for all levels of play (experienced, social and junior levels).
Coordinate, organize and oversee the Club’s tennis, paddle and pickleball activities, lessons, events, leagues and tournaments.
Hire, supervise and develop additional racquets professionals and staff.
Administer and uphold ATC club policies and rules.

Experience
Experience as director or head professional preferred.
Certification in tennis, paddle tennis and pickleball instruction preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
