Job title: FULL-TIME MARKET MANAGER OF TENNESSEE, KENTUCKY, & INDIANA
Job Objective: To build and foster strong customer relationships by coordinating all details of event management and simplifying their jobs.
To build and foster ambassador relationships within your markets to ensure they are knowledgeable brand ambassadors who enjoy representing Aras and our clients.
To build businesses in underdeveloped territories. To ensure flawless execution of events.
Job Description: Mange clients for your territory by scheduling and staffing event requests. Interview and on-board new ambassadors in your designated markets.

New Ambassadors
· Interview and onboard new brand ambassadors for your markets
· Schedule shadows
· Follow-Up after first event, provide encouragement and leadership
Staffing Events
· Staff all requested events
o Assign ambassadors to events on portal
o Call/text ambassadors to fill shifts that are still open
o Pick and choose dates when requested and respond to clients in a timely fashion
Event Management
· Mondays: follow up on issues from previous weekend
· Make sure all events have all the information necessary for an BA to properly execute
· Friday: prepare for phone calls for upcoming weekend issues: inventory, calling in sick, etc
Portal Site
· Add new events to the portal site (our associate market manager will assist in this)
· Attach appropriate tasting sheets/documents
Manage POS for your Markets
· Make sure your POS manager has all inventory necessary
· Ship cups/POS to markets that don’ have POS
o Bill back clients for shipping charges
Client Relations
· Make sure clients have access to portal site
· Manage emails from clients and respond to any requests
· Attend events that our clients will be attending
· Create relationships with store managers
Weekend Tasks
Be “On-Call” rotation with other Aras managers (once a month)
Be available during events to answer phone calls/questions
End of the Month Tasks
o Expense report
o Update Budget Trackers
o Enter Staff Specialists Pay
o Enter POS Managers Pay
Ambassador Management
· Develop relationships with ambassadors to help you staff shifts more easily & efficiently
· Manage emails from ambassadors and respond to any questions or concerns
· High/low sales
· Send Sam your shout outs to high salespeople so she can include in weekly Reminders & Recognition email
· Give tips to low salespeople to make sure they are meeting our expectations.
Employee Requirements:
· Previous brand ambassador or industry experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive
· College degree preferred but not required
· Previous Management experience preferred but not required
· Strong communication skills
· Conflict Resolution
· Time management skills
· Ability to work independently and still be a team player
- Good at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- On-call availability (approx. 1 weekend every couple weeks)
- Ability to solve problems independently
· Carry yourself in a professional demeanor.
Salary & Benefits
· $50,000-$60,000 annual salary
· Cell phone reimbursement of $50/month
· $35/hour rate on any events worked
· Inclusion in team monthly incentives
· $1,000 holiday bonus

· 401 K, employee contributes 6%, Aras matches 3%
