Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive contract negotiations - Manage and negotiate SaaS agreements, MSAs, SLAs, NDAs, and software licensing agreements
- Mitigate risk & ensure compliance - Assess legal risks while ensuring adherence to global regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
- Be a strategic partner - Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to align contracts with business goals
- Enhance contract efficiency - Streamline contract processes, implement best practices, and maintain an organized, scalable contract management system
- Customer & stakeholder engagement - Serve as a proactive, solutions-oriented resource, ensuring smooth contract execution and positive client interactions
- 8 years of contract management experience, with at least 5 years in-house at a technology/SaaS company
- Deep expertise in SaaS contracts - licensing, data privacy, security, intellectual property, and service-level agreements
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal discussions with confidence
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in contract management platforms and business tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, DealHub, WorkRamp a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
