The Quality Assurance Professional will play a key role in developing and implementing the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS), with a specialized focus on ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. This position is responsible for supporting and enhancing operational processes through lean principles, continuous improvement, and critical thinking in a project-based environment. Key responsibilities include training, developing work instructions, creating process flows and forms, conducting audits, and establishing inspection standards. Additionally, this role is directly involved in monitoring organizational KPIs and driving ongoing improvement initiatives to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
