Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.

Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Recording the financial transaction in QuickBooks Online.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage expense reports.
  • Prepare/create monthly financial statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and payroll
  • Collaborate with the finance team on corporate accounting tasks, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Organize and maintain financial files and records for easy access and reference.

Experience

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a finance .
  • Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation, account reconciliation, financial report writing, technical accounting and financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
