Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Recording the financial transaction in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage expense reports.
- Prepare/create monthly financial statements.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll
- Collaborate with the finance team on corporate accounting tasks, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Organize and maintain financial files and records for easy access and reference.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a finance .
- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation, account reconciliation, financial report writing, technical accounting and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
