At Arbital Health, we are accelerating the shift from fee-for-service agreements to value-based care agreements. We do this by building a neutral, third-party platform that allows our customers to design, measure, and adjudicate value-based care agreements that maximize resources and help patients get the care they need to thrive. We are looking for highly talented and highly motivated individuals.  You will be a roll-up-your-sleeves builder eager to innovate and collaborate to change healthcare.

Across all roles, we look for people who embody our values of impact, innovation, collaboration, velocity, and transparency.

Arbital Health has recently acquired the leading firm of Santa Barbara Actuaries, and will continue SBA's important work in quantifying value creation in healthcare and driving efficiencies in healthcare delivery. Actuaries joining Arbital Health will support our mission to build technology to help companies design and measure outcome-based contracts, and ultimately help Arbital serve as the neutral third-party adjudicator to assess if care outcomes are fulfilled.
