As a Product Marketer and Lifecycle Specialist at Arbonne, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products throughout their lifecycle. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute product marketing strategies that will increase product adoption, drive customer engagement, and ultimately result in revenue growth.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in product marketing who has in the same time intuition, personal care and nutrition market expertise and ability to back it all up with data. You will collect feedback from our field partners and internal stakeholders; analyze data : prepare product marketing plans and monthly promotions and contribute to new ideas, extending existing product ranges lifetime value.

What you 'll be doing :

  • Develop comprehensive product branding that align with overall company objectives and existing product brand architecture.
  • Analyze competition, customer person requirements and trends to identify product needs, gaps and opportunities.
  • Liaise with content writers for product claims, ingredients stories, and benefit summaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products and existing product promotions.
  • Coordinate with writers, trainers and creative team on creating compelling product marketing collateral, including product guides, sales training materials, and website content.
  • Contribute to the product launch process, ensuring successful rollouts and effective communication to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product marketing improvements to drive product loyalists and repeat purchases.
  • Continuously track key performance metrics to measure the success of product lifecycle - Provide support to the sales & training team in delivering effective product demonstrations and presentations.

What you need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Product portfolio management experience in consumer products within the skin and personal-care and / or nutrition supplement categories.
  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the Beauty and Nutrition categories.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to collaborate on timelines and projects to bring products to market and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
