About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on digital assets to join our team. As a senior member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for our various digital platforms. Your main focus will be on creating eye-catching digital graphics, animations, social media videos, and other assets to support our marketing initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and produce high-quality digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Create visually appealing and compelling graphics, videos, and animations for social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our digital marketing materials are cutting-edge.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide input on design strategy and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on UX design.
- Knowledge of UX principles and methodologies
- Strong portfolio showcasing skills in visual design and UX/UI projects
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in designing for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
