General Job Description: Responsible for managing the front desk operations of the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask. The receptionist will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greeting visitors
· Helping visitors navigate through the office
· Supplying refreshments to visitors
· Maintaining calendars for appointments
· Answering and transferring phone calls
· Sorting and delivering mail
· Performing basic support tasks
o Order office supplies, draft birthday cards, keep forms stocked
· Confirm appointments
Qualifications for the Job: Proven experience in Microsoft Word, hands on experience with office equipment (computers, printers, etc.), Customer Service experience
Education- High School diploma
Experience- 2-3years
Key Competencies- Go getter, team player, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
