Summary :
The Busser / Food Runner will take orders and answer questions about the menu as needed, as well as provide general support for FOH and BOH Restaurant staff.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Impress guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner
- Set up tables and ensure cleanliness of linen, silverware, and glassware
- Clean / clear tables including removal of and proper placement of soiled wares and trash
- Report all tips in compliance with company policy and IRS regulations
- Prepare stations and restaurant areas prior to opening, keep station neat and clean while serving guests, and clean station at end of shift
- Run food and expedite as needed
- Any additional tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
