Position Overview:
We are currently seeking to fill part-time Residential Treatment Worker (RTW) positions. This role is crucial to maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that fosters healing and recovery.
Positions include day and evening shifts, with occasional overnight shifts, and every other weekend required.

Minimum Requirements:
- Possession of a high school diploma and a valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
- Must be able to pass a Wisconsin- Caregiver Background Check.

- Prior experience in a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) is desirable but not mandatory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an RTW, you are pivotal in safeguarding our clients' well-being. You'll be juggling diverse responsibilities, from ensuring the facility is secure in the absence of clinical staff to engaging in professional development through staff meetings and trainings.
- Client Care: Actively assisting clients in daily activities such as meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and fostering community engagement. Administer medications, facilitate group sessions like 'Meditation & Daily Reflections,' conduct screenings such as urine drug tests, smokerlyzers, and breathalyzers. Safely transport residents to appointments using a company vehicle. Additionally, you will educate clients on their rights in accordance with Wisconsin state laws.
- Safety and Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between self-help groups and emergency services, ensuring a secure and trauma-informed environment. Remaining available throughout your shift to respond to our 24-hour helpline is critical, as you will be expected to make relevant recommendations or referrals when necessary.
- Training and Compliance: Attendance at all mandatory in-house training sessions, including those specific to CBRF certifications, is required. You will also be expected to complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education annually.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with staff and document all relevant client interactions meticulously in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Additional duties include light housekeeping, office cleaning, and undertaking any other tasks as assigned by the manager.
