What Youll Do:
- Help customers find the perfect plants and products while providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Process orders and answer inquiries to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to support their landscaping and gardening needs.
- Stay active! This role involves moving around, lifting products, and working in a dynamic outdoor environment.
- Learn and grow with mentorship from experienced sales professionals.
What Were Looking For:
- A passion for plants and the outdoors you love talking about greenery and helping customers find what they need.
- Excellent customer service skills friendly, helpful, and eager to assist.
- Sales or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred, but well train the right person!).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. more with assistance and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
