What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead a Skilled Team – Manage, train, and motivate a crew to meet goals efficiently and safely in a hands-on, outdoor setting.
✅ Oversee Operations & Workflow – Implement structured processes to optimize productivity, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
✅ Tackle Challenges Head-On – Quickly assess and respond to issues in the field, from logistics and staffing to equipment and site conditions.
✅ Drive Quality & Efficiency – Maintain high standards in plant care, irrigation, and hardscape installations while keeping teams accountable for execution.
✅ Adapt to a Dynamic Role – From hands-on work with plants to coordinating large-scale projects, no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor nursery management.
✔ Strong leadership skills with experience managing crews in physically demanding environments.
