Job Overview
Arboreta Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, offering four unique service lines across 28 facilities in rural and suburban communities. As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain buildings, equipment, and utilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including facility logs such as water temperature and generator checks.
- Assist the Maintenance/Environmental Supervisor with large repairs and advise on supply and repair needs.
- Transportation driver when needed and may be responsible for the Maintenance Department in the absence of the supervisor.
