Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist the Director of Nursing with administrative duties and supervise nursing staff. This role requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably with a BSN degree.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as liaison between nursing units, admissions, and the DON
- Planning and facilitating meetings and committees to address resident care issues
- Monitoring and evaluating nursing staff and making recommendations for training or work modification
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
