We manage the physical and financial aspects of your residential property portfolio and can help you sell and/or acquire properties through our sales division. Arbors Management Inc. has been in business since 1982 and currently operates in both PA and WV.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other essential systems. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. Some overtime will be required as well as on-call hours for emergency repairs. On-call time is split with another Maintenance employee. Pay is based on experience. A full suite of benefits is available including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Technician will include:
- Ensuring all work orders from residents are handled in a timely manner
- Plumbing repairs including; H2O tanks, toilets, sinks, drains, etc.
- Electrical repairs including; lights, switches, outlets, breakers and troubleshooting
- HVAC (No Certification needed) - replacing PTAC units, cleaning filters, thermostats, etc.
- Outside maintenance including; grass cutting, snow removal and keeping the grounds free of debris
- Custodial duties including keeping common areas clean, window cleaning (ground-level only) and trash removal (trash compactor)
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Electrical skills - Basic
- Plumbing skills - Basic
- HVAC skills - Beginner (Basic - no certification needed)
- A POSITIVE attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have driver’s license / vehicle insurance and personal vehicle
Salary : $23 - $25
