About You:

• You have at least six months of experience as a manager within the restaurant or retail industry.
• You're familiar with our brand values and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• You're humble, eager to learn, and ready to jump in and help your team reach new heights.

Responsibilities:

As a Shift Manager, you'll play a critical role in operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Helping team members through performance and training initiatives.
• Providing exceptional customer service that keeps our customers coming back for more.
