- Minimum 2 years in foodservice management with Serve Safe Certification (training provided if necessary)

- Lead your team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- Ensure the restaurant is delivering top results by managing cash and food controls, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profit goals
- Manage inventory, cost controls, and cash handling effectively
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and terminations
- Run the store as if it were your own business with an eye to the bottom line
