Your Role: Team Member
As a Team Member at Arby's, you will work a variety of positions including:
- Taking and collecting orders accurately
- Suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience
- Delivering orders to guests with a smile
- Preparing food to the highest quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment
The position requires standing for the duration of shifts and lifting up to 40 pounds. You must also be able to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Effective communication with guests, coworkers, and supervisors is essential, both in person and over loud speakers or headsets. Additionally, you will need to read receipts, screens, manuals, and printed directions.
