- Responsible for Long-term relationship building between the customer and ARC Abrasives Inc.
- Builds and fosters strong, productive customer partnerships focused on ensuring customer success and retention.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by maintaining growth within the existing customer base, as well as actively searching for new business opportunities within territory.
- Analyze customer data to drive cost savings and identify account growth opportunities.
- Pipeline Management through CRM Platform
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Consistently gain product knowledge, sales training, and development skills on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with other Arc Abrasives Team Members.
- Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure needs of the company are met.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Working with Industrial Distribution. Abrasive experience a plus.
- 3 years’ experience in inside or outside sales or similar role.
- Reside within 1 hour of an International Airport
- Utilize verbal and written communication effectively to ensure customer needs are consistently met in a timely manner.
- Ability to reach key decision makers and gain business.
- Ability to network and develop relationships.
- To operate within sales process and align with organizational strategy.
- Meeting or Exceeding Sales Goals

- Ability to build Rapport quickly.
- Travel within defined territory, on daily, weekly, monthly basis
