About the Role: Coordinator of Behavioral Services (BCBA)
- Ensure program compliance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures including, but not limited to, AHCA guidelines, Med Waiver Regulations and CARF Standards
- Observe individuals, review data and progress and revise programs based on the individuals’ performance.
- ensure consistency among Arc ADT and BARC/Arc Group Home programs and disciplines.
- Provide intensive training, supervision, and formal monitoring of program implementation
- Ensure program compliance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures.
- Meet the needs and maximize the billable hours for MW clients requiring ABA.
- Identify behaviors targeted for acquisition, reduction, and/or elimination.
- Ensure the provision of training, program development, and documentation related behavior analysis.
- Conduct functional assessments of targeted behavior problems.
- Work with all appropriate disciplines and staff when implementing new programs or special projects.
- Prescribe, design, implement, revise and monitor behavior programs based upon identified functions of challenging behaviors.
- Provide instruction to staff to ensure the proper implementation of the prescribed behavior program.

What are the requirements?
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, social Work, Education, Human Service Administration or related field.
- Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of high-intensity behavioral supports and aging supports is preferred.
- Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
