About the Role: Kitchen Steward
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchens and food preparation areas, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, floors, etc..
- Stock all supplies as directed by Executive Chef, Sous Chef and cook positions.
- . Maintain a pace of work, which allows supplies and equipment to be cleaned and put in their proper place, which meets business demands.
- Understand the proper use of chemicals.

What are the requirements?
- Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Experience as a steward or in a commercial kitchen preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
