Pay Rate: $50/hour

About the Role: Physical Therapist
- Assess therapeutic treatment planning and service delivery using best practice treatment modalities for children to facilitate age-appropriate independence in gross motor coordination, balance, strengthening activities, and motor planning activities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitoring the progress of each child through analysis of data and making necessary modifications.
- Evaluate physical and social environmental conditions for optimal function, learning, independence, health, and stability.
- Demonstrate and model effective and therapeutic intervention strategies.
- Provide coaching and consultation to staff for continuity and generalization across settings.
- Collaborate with all members of the team.
- Assess, recommend, and ensure that children are provided with proper adaptive equipment.
Qualifications:
- Physical therapy degree from accredited university and state PT license.
- Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- Experience with children or adults with varying exceptionalities.
