Job Description:
The ARC Maternal and Infant Program, an innovative residential treatment program for pregnant/postpartum women and their infants, is seeking a full-time Social Worker/Case Manager. ARC is a non-profit agency that provides substance use disorder treatment, promotes the mother child-bond and healthy family functioning to reduce out-of-home placements for justice involved women. The Social Worker/Case manager is responsible for case planning, intensive strengths-based case management, facilitating cognitive behavioral and psychoeducational groups, and ensuring a safe, empowering and stimulating environment for mothers and their infants.
Experience:
Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field preferred. Experience with motivational interviewing, working with justice involved people, and working with pregnant women and/or infants a plus.
