ARC Contracting is based in Neenah, WI and services the State of Wisconsin and the UP commercially. We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Business Development Representative who thrives on prospecting, networking, and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a large book of commercial clients, and providing industry-leading solutions to property owners, facility managers, and businesses.

Your Role:
- Prospect & Build Relationships – Identify and engage potential commercial clients through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Develop & Manage a Book of Business – Maintain strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships
- Conduct Commercial Roof Inspections – Provide solutions that extend the life of roofing systems and protect client investments
- CRM Management – Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress
- Stay Ahead of the Industry – Keep up with commercial roofing trends, competitors, and product advancements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in construction, commercial roofing, or related industries
- Strong prospecting and networking skills with a hunter’s mentality
- Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Highly organized with CRM experience
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to exceed sales targets
- Willingness to attend networking events and pursue industry certifications (if applicable)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary: (Based on Experience) Uncapped Performance-Based Bonuses
Typical First-Year Earnings: $70,000 - $120,000 Typical Second-Year Earnings: $120,000 - $195,000
Schedule: Full-Time
