What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator of Residential Services - Arc GLOW - Genesee and Orleans Counties position at Arc GLOW?
Residential Services Coordinators (RSC) oversee multiple homes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Provides oversight and support to Residential Managers by planning, coordinating, supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere.

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
- Providing direct supervision and evaluation of assigned Residential Managers and multiple Individual Residential Alternatives (IRAs).
- Working to assure each Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) is within OPWDD regulatory best practices, program budget, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Promoting cooperation and successful interactions by maintaining open and positive communication with people receiving services, family members, and other service providers.
- Assisting director in development procedures, program trainings, and service implementation.
- Creating a positive culture, focusing on development, engaging, and retaining employees
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field preferred.
- Previous residential supervisory experience within OPWDD purview.
- Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
