Our independent, state-of-the-art TMS Treatment Centers are expanding into Minnesota, bringing non-invasive, outpatient treatments for major depressive disorder, postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, general anxiety disorder, and other mood disorders to those who have not found success with traditional drug therapy. As a TMS Technician, you will be trained to administer treatments under the direction of our physicians. You will work directly with patients, manage clinical services, and assist with office administrative tasks. Requirements:
Primary Responsibilities:

Administer TMS treatments to patients (training provided)

Provide educational consultations to prospective patients about TMS, how it works, and what to expect
-
Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for patients during treatment sessions

Perform office administrative duties such as:
- Managing patient leads
- Reporting statistical activity to the center manager
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Handling medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Managing patient leads
- Follow established treatment and office procedures
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all clinical and administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications:

Two or more years of related experience (e.g., CNA, CMT, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician in Ultrasound, Radiology, Dialysis, or Pharmacy)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and some experience with data management software

Experience addressing patient medical conditions or symptoms

Administrative skills, including soft marketing and clerical duties
- Experience operating medical or mechanical devices preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR)

Knowledge of insurance processes

Experience with clinical interviewing

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Bachelor's degree (any field, Psychology preferred)
