Job Requirements :
Experience : Recent inpatient and outpatient medical experience
Certification : Board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Licenses : ANY Active unrestricted license and DEA from any state or US territory
Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS
Health Requirements : Annual PPD or Chest X-ray (for tuberculosis), Documentation of MMR, varicella & Hepatitis B, influenza, and COVID vaccinations within the last year
