Location: Globe, AZ
Hospital: Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center
Shifts: 7 hour shifts per month
Average Daily Census: 22
Trauma Level: Undesignated
Number of Beds: CAH of 25 beds with a large OBS unit
Patient Load: Up to 37 patients at a time (mix of OBS / Acute)
Transfers: Many transfers from San Carlos, AZ are received as direct admissions via hospital agreement
ICU Beds: 4
Work Arrangement
This is a 2 doctor model.
You will work together during the day, and take call every other night.
The 24 hour physician will respond to all codes.

Bonus Structure:
- $100/day for physicians providing 10 or more shifts in a calendar month
- $3,000 bonus for physicians providing 10 or more shifts per calendar month for 3 consecutive months
