What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional - Overnight Sleep - Part Time/Full Time position at Arc of Iroquois County?
Providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. This particular position is in a home that the staff can sleep but may need to check on the individuals in the home a couple of times during the overnight shift. That shifts could be 9p-7a; 10p-6a or a variation thereof.
If you are 18 years of age, you must hold a high school diploma or GED.
Starting wage is $15.00. Positions available are Part-time and include weekend hours. When working this position on the weekends anytime between Friday at 3p and Monday at 6am, you will receive an additional $1 per hour worked. You will also be eligible for a $.25/hr. increase once you have gone through the medication administration training. You are eligible for a 3-5% increase at your one (1) year anniversary which will be added to your base rate but not your sleep rate. This increase is based on your evaluation at that time.
