- Visit the agency offices according to the tour schedule provided by the manager.
- Maintain a record of potential customers, particularly those businesses referred to other carriers.
- Notify agents about your scheduled visits and ensure they accompany the business executive during customer meetings.
- Review the DCCS Remittance along with all related records and registers. If there are any pending DCCS payments, discuss them with the agent and arrange to meet the relevant customers for verification or collection.
- Check the status of business with regular customers, and meet them if there is a decline in their activity.
- Document the visit in the inspection notes and have the agent sign them.
- Coordinate with the manager to discuss the day's plan.
- Review the day's plan with the agent, including details of the visit to their location.
- Contact at least 10 parties each day.
- Confirm the rates after consulting with the marketing team as needed.
- Clearly communicate company procedures to the parties and also relay their needs to the company.
- Ensure the agent accompanies you during customer contacts, or if unavoidable, inform them of the contact details in advance.
- Send the customer contact reports to the controlling or head office daily, without exception.
- Set targets for the agents and assist them in achieving these targets.
- Submit daily and monthly reports on time, without fail.
- Attend to any special tasks assigned by the manager, ensuring that the days plan is not disrupted.
