Overview
Assistant Account Executives are a true partner to our internal cross-functional teams. They are responsible for learning the fundamentals of shopper marketing and supporting the team to move projects smoothly through the process. The Assistant Account Executive must understand the roles of other disciplines across the agency and build trust with internal stakeholders (and sometimes external clients) by consistently showing curiosity, delivering work efficiently and demonstrating proactive professionalism.

Compensation Range: $39,710 - $52,605 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. - Support the account team on all day-to-day asks and/or own all status documents for internal and client-facing teams
- Act as a liaison between client and team to deliver relevant information, securing feedback and approvals and routing through the internal and external stakeholders (legal, regulatory, etc.)
- Assist with the development and monitoring of project timelines
What you will do
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns seamlessly with the client's broader marketing strategy
- Learn the basics of Shopper Marketing
- Craft conference reports, change requests and executional creative briefs
- Develop and maintain client budget trackers
- Manage and execute digital coupon plans
- Seek to understand; ask questions continuously
- Learn the overall agency process and ask questions to understand
- Understand the competitive marketplace in which your brands live
- Contribute to creative process

Qualifications
- 0-1 years of equivalent work or digital marketing internship experience
- Extremely detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance/prioritize multiple projects at once
- Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work to their team and clients
- Enjoys collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and is not afraid to speak up
