As a part-time Document Control Coordinator at Arcadia Beverage, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing the company’s documentation system. You will support various departments by providing accurate and timely document control services, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Document Management: Organize, manage, and maintain all company documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Document Creation: Write and facilitate review and approval process of Standard Operating Procedures for various departments.
- Record Keeping: Ensure proper filing and archiving of both physical and electronic documents.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to document control.
- Support Departments: Provide document control support to various departments, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Review and Update: Regularly review and update documents to ensure they are current and compliant with company standards.

- Educational Background: Associate's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods, work at a computer station, and handle physical documents.
