SUMMARY : The MDS Consultant is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all Medicare / Medicaid case-mix documents to ensure appropriate reimbursement for care and services provided within the Facility. He / she will collaborate with nursing, dietary, social recreation, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services to ensure proper assessment and reimbursement. Additionally, the MDS Consultant will be assigned to any of our MDS vacancies across the region as needed, providing flexibility and support where required.
