Join the Arcadia Beverage team as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage manufacturing facility during overnight hours from 10pm to 6 : 30am. This position involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production efficiency.

What You'll Do :
Conduct routine maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure continuous operation of production lines.
Utilize maintenance management software to log work orders, document repairs, and maintain equipment history records.
Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new technologies and best practices in maintenance and manufacturing.
Perform general housekeeping and 4S standards.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
What We're Looking For :
Minimum 2 years' experience with PLC and industrial electrical experience required.
Experience with packaging / high speed production (e.g., bottling, consumer products, etc.)
Experience with hydraulic systems (high pressure cylinders, pumps, valves, troubleshooting).
Experience with compressors / ammonia systems (e.g., refrigeration systems).
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications an ability to grasp additional business-related applications.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
