Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage communication, and ensure accurate file maintenance.
About the Role:
- Maintain solid and consistent communication with branch leadership
- Ensure accurate file maintenance
- Manage branch phones, emails, and Teams communications
- Provide client care, including covering critical clients when aides are unavailable
- Complete missed visits in real-time, documenting calls and canceling shifts as needed
- Manage client complaint logs and recruit candidates through ClearCompany
- Schedule and complete compliant orientations for new hires
- Establish and maintain compliant employee files
- Promote company awareness through boots-on-the-ground recruiting and job fairs
- Conduct customer service calls with new employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation necessary
