Job Overview
Arcadia Home Care and Staffing – an Addus family company is seeking a skilled Home Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative activities.
Schedule
This full-time position involves working Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
Responsibilities
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain solid and consistent communication with branch leadership and ensure accurate file maintenance.
- Manage Branch Phones: Handle incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and document call information in case notes in a timely manner.
- Email Management: Have emails open throughout your shift to address incoming emails and messages promptly.
- Recruiting: Manage candidate flow in ClearCompany, including following the company's recruiting process and documenting candidate statuses.
- Orientations: Schedule and complete compliant orientations with new hires.
- Boots on the Ground Recruiting: Participate in community outreach, hang flyers, and create awareness about Arcadia Home Care and Staffing at least once a week.
