Position Summary : The Client Service Representative will conduct in-home visits at clients' homes to monitor and report on the quality of services being provided by Home Care Aides, and to determine whether existing care plans are adequate to meet client needs.
Pay range : $27.00 / HR - $32.00 / HR
Hours : Full-Time Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 pm. Some field visits are after hours and on weekends.
