Arcadia Security is hiring to fill multiple full-time security officer positions at different locations around the Las Vegas area. -SWING & NIGHT SHIFTS ONLY- These positions are for immediate start.
This is for and the position of Armed Security Officer, but you do not have to be armed to apply! If you are unable, or unwilling to be or become an armed officer, we are not the company for you. Those that are only unarmed with PILB but have relevant experience will be sponsored to obtain an Armed certification.
Starting Pay Depends on having a current Unarmed or Armed Certification.
If starting with only and Unarmed certification, the starting pay is: $18.00 ph
If starting with an active Armed certification, the starting pay is: $19.00 ph
If you are starting with only an Unarmed certification, once you upgrade to Armed, you will receive the Armed rate.
After 90 day you will eligible to receive your first raise.
After 180 days you will be eligible to receive your second raise.
After 180 days you are also eligible to participate in the company medical program.
You will eligible to receive a 3rd raise after your first year of employment.
After your first year of employment, you will receive additional raises after your anniversary date of hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
