Arcadia Security is hiring to fill several positions at various locations in Henderson & Las Vegas.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SWING & GRAVE HOURS​

Arcadia Security is an Armed Security company and you must either be armed certified or willing and able to become armed, but you do not have to be armed to apply!

If you are unable, or unwilling to be or become an armed officer, we are not the company for you.

Those that only have an unarmed PILB, but have relevant experience will be sponsored by our company to obtain an Armed certification.

Starting Pay Depends on if you currently have an Unarmed or Armed Certification.

If are only Unarmed at the time of hire, the starting pay is: $18.00 ph

If you are already Armed, and your Armed certification is current, the starting pay is: $19.00 ph

If you are Unarmed, once you upgrade to Armed, you're rate will increase to the Armed rate.

After 90 day you will eligible to receive your first raise.
After 180 days you will be eligible to receive your second raise.
After 180 days you are also eligible to participate in the company medical program.
You will eligible to receive a 3rd raise after your first year of employment.

After your first year of employment, you will receive additional raises after your anniversary date of hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Security: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Unarmed PILB Security Certification (Preferred)
• Armed PILB Security Certification (Preferred)

• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
