Purpose : The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a pivotal role in maintaining Arcamed’s financial health by ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, facilitating seamless transactions between the company and its vendors, and contributing to efficient financial operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage vendor accounts in Sage and AVID, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Take ownership of AP processing in Sage and AVID, including both PO and non-PO transactions.
- Facilitate timely payment of vendors by reviewing purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform supplier return reconciliations in Sage.
- Oversee office supply and breakroom inventory management, including placing and tracking daily Amazon orders.
- Create and maintain purchase orders as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
