Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process customer orders and verify order details for accuracy
- Schedule and manage production timelines
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and deadlines
- Perform quality control checks to ensure top-notch products
- Handle office administrative tasks, including invoicing and record-keeping
- Assist with vendor and supply ordering
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, invoicing software)
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or the printing industry is a plus
