Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product-led growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and optimize the customer journey.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (including digital, content, email, and social media) that drive user engagement and conversion.
Implement A/B testing and other experimentation frameworks to continuously improve marketing tactics and enhance user experience.
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine and improve growth strategies.
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on enterprise SaaS companies.
Proven success in implementing product-led growth strategies resulting in 20-40% growth in multiple organizations.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle.
Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful growth marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
