Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute key aspects of our user acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on promotional campaigns and optimizing the critical early user lifecycle. This role will be instrumental in driving user growth and engagement, particularly within the first 14 days. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional strategies and a deep understanding of user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

1.Creative Direction & Execution :

  • Own the creative vision for promotional campaigns, working closely with Brand and Creative teams to develop compelling assets (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, in-app messages) that align with the overall brand and resonate with target audiences.
  • Provide clear briefs and feedback to creative teams, ensuring that the creative execution effectively communicates the value proposition of the promotion and drives conversions.

2. Promo Execution & Analysis :

  • Develop and execute innovative and impactful promotional campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and planning to implementation and analysis.
  • Support the design and implementation of A / B tests, track campaign performance, and provide in-depth reports with actionable insights.
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities to optimize promotions in real-time, maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with creative & legal teams to develop compelling promotional assets.
  • 3. Early Life Optimization :

  • Support the strategy and execution for improving user engagement and retention within the first 14 days.
  • Deeply analyze user behavior and identify key moments for optimization through customer journey and user experience
  • Cross team collaboration to ensure reduction across all friction points
  • 5. Competitive Analysis :

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, particularly in the area of promotional strategies. Identify opportunities to leverage best practices and innovate.
  • Key Requirements of the Role

  • 7 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or a related field, with a demonstrable track record of success in developing and executing promotional strategies.
  • Has an ability to understand data and pull key insights to inform strategy
  • Has a strong understanding of acquisition strategies and how to optimize the funnel
  • Understands how to work with creative teams and how to shape a brief to deliver on channel objectives
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the sports betting industry a plus, but not essential.
  • Prior management experience is preferred.
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
  • Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
  • Salary Range : $106,000 to $160,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
