Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute key aspects of our user acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on promotional campaigns and optimizing the critical early user lifecycle. This role will be instrumental in driving user growth and engagement, particularly within the first 14 days. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional strategies and a deep understanding of user behavior.
Key Responsibilities

- Own the creative vision for promotional campaigns, working closely with Brand and Creative teams to develop compelling assets (e.g., ad copy, landing pages, in-app messages) that align with the overall brand and resonate with target audiences.
- Provide clear briefs and feedback to creative teams, ensuring that the creative execution effectively communicates the value proposition of the promotion and drives conversions.
