We are recruiting an experienced National Guard MEDOPS Program Manager to join our team. Work is onsite in Marietta, GA.
POSITION DUTIES: Primary job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversees the Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with all operational protocols and maintaining readiness for all service members.
- Manages medical operations, tracks readiness data, coordinates medical cases, and ensures timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and administrative personnel, providing support across Georgia including CNGC, Fort Stewart, and Macon.
- Requires a highly organized individual with attention to detail, expertise in medical readiness, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
- Oversees medical readiness operations, ensures data accuracy in systems like MEDPROS, and manages credentialing processes for healthcare providers.
- Review and update Soldier readiness reports, coordinate with clinical staff, and lead meetings with the COR to discuss medical cases and care plans.
- Responsible for scheduling Soldiers for medical events, ensuring staffing and resource compliance, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintains communication with unit commanders and administrative personnel to ensure smooth operations, meeting all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
- Finalizes event rosters, staffing plans, and case tracking reports.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Applicants MUST have this experience:
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in military medical operations or readiness.
- Familiarity with medical readiness systems (e.g., MEDPROS, MEDCHART, etc.) and military medical regulations (e.g., AR 40-501, AR 40-68).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to oversee multiple locations and projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain 98-100% data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and collaborating with military personnel and stakeholders.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or medical operations, particularly in military or government settings.
WORK AUTHORIZATION:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
