Responsibilities
Arcfield is growing and seeking a Government Compliance Analyst to support Governance for their customer’s COMM Directorate. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to support the process of decision making, the process by which decisions are implemented (or not implemented) as well as all processes of governing, the elements of an organization, and the processes and practices through which issues of common concern are decided upon and regulated. (Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract.)
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Draft, edit, and publish the policies, plans, strategy documents, procedures, and requirements supporting business functions and / or Directorate operation, program, or, service functions, in accordance with protocols, CIO Governance, and COMM Governance
- Support governance fora for the efficient and timely execution of directorate finances, staff, programs, services, and operations, as requested
- Support CIO governance fora to manage the overall assigned responsibilities, requirements, and compliance activities, as requested
- Support, adapt, and implement governance processes, driving maturation and continual improvement, proliferating consistency, compliance, and effective scope / role performance of the CIO and Directorate functions
- Assist and manage the processes and milestones for the Annual Statement of Assurance (SOA) on behalf of the Accessible Unit Manager(s) and Accessible Unit Coordinator(s), in overall yearly compliance with the Management Control Program (MCP).
- Support MCP and SOA data calls, program assessments, data analysis, and any additional Government requirements, associated with SOA and MCP activities
- Assist with the identification, testing, and audit of management and program controls to assess and measure a program for policy and regulatory compliance
- Assist with the identification and management of programmatic risk associated with policy and / or regulatory compliance
- Support regular policy and regulatory compliance assessments and audits, to identify and mitigate program risk
